Making the Most of a Layover

On our trip to Elmira, NY we had a two flights to get to Rochester and 1.5 hour drive. In between the first and 2nd flight we had a three hour layover in Minneapolis...which brought some dread for the travel day ahead. Thankfully we realized that Mark's Uncle lives there and he agreed to meet up with us for dinner. It was so fun. We took the train to the Mall of America and then had a lovely dinner and caught up.
