Henry's First HS Dance

Well....it happened....we have a high schooler.....that goes to dances.
Five trips to Nordstrom Rack....LOTS of texts.......and a group that went...with a girl that he went with...who seems very nice...Henry crossed the high school dance bridge.
It was super fun to see my sweet boy go off with his best friend from kindergarten and experience a quintessential high school experience. He had fun, we had fun, we all survived.

Seaside Basketball Tournament

Frances had a beach basketball tournament.
YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
We got to go to small, hooser like gyms.
We go to go to Manzanita.


She played with SO much grit, we went to the Astoria column, we had fun.

JIMBO IS 72!!!!!!!!

My dad turned 72. We went to Topgolf. We rocked it. 

I am so lucky to love him and appreciate him on his bday. 

He has always and will always amaze me. 

Reuland NYE 2019

The rest of us went to our favorite NYE spot - Manzanita. We didn't get to do our annual hike -- weather was weird and it felt wrong without Frances, but we did lots of hiking, golfing, and napping. After an intense work load this year, it was REALLY nice to sleep lots, relax lots, and get time with the kids and Mark.

Frances NYE 2019

Frances got an INSANE present. My parents took her to the Rose Bowl to see Oregon play. Hello!!!! She had so much fun. She got to go San Diego...see the SD cousins....go to Pasadena...see the Pasadena cousins...and see one of the best Rose Bowl games ever. Amazing end to 2019 and start to 2020 for such an amazing kid.

Portland Adventures with the Rutenbergs

In Portland we did an adventure day. Katie and Brian and my parents and Maggie went to Powells and ate at fun restaurants and shopped....and I took the other kids for a long bike ride on the Nike bikes. So fun. 

#ExperiencesNotPresents

This year we decided to go to Wine Country.....EXPERIENCES.....for an night with Katie and Brian and their family and their parents. The boys..plus Frances...went golfing...and I took the rest wine tasting...and then we went to the Alison Inn. SO. MUCH. Fun. We checked out the latest time possible we had so much fun. My sister and I did a "tri-atholon" of a run around town, bike in the gym, and swim in the pool. BLISS.
